Gori’s collection
Villa Celle, Pistoia (Italy)
16/05/17 - These short clips were filmed during an academic visit of the Villa Celle in Pistoia. It’s a big park where an English garden was sited during the first half of the XIX century; here Giuliano Gori wanted to establish a big collection of art installations. Mostly every artwork was planned for the area selected by the artist. The only limitation was not to change anything of the existing behavior. For this reason, what you’re going to see is a magical exhibition, a wonderful place where nature, plants, rocks, metals and the ground are alive and engage in spatial relations held by the air and the light.
